Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping out. The estimated time for delivery on the cart & checkout page does not take into account order processing days. Please add an additional 2 business days to best estimate your date of delivery.

Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. OAD is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship. All shipping, customs and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.

OAD NEW YORK uses USPS / DHL / UPS / FedEx to ship all online orders. 
At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.  

OAD NEW YORK reserves the right to refuse shipping of any order.

We gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from the time of delivery, with the exception of those listed below. Items must be unused and have all original tags attached. 

We do not accept returns on: 

- Final Sale items- Any item marked final sale on our website is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Items marked 30% or greater are always considered Final Sale.

- Sample Sale items- Sample Sale purchases are always final sale.

Please Note:

- All returned handbags must be securely placed within their original cloth dust bag. Please pack your return in protective packaging for shipment. With your package, please include your packing slip + any gift-with-purchase items that were enclosed with your order. 

- Failure to return free gifts will result in the retail value of the gift being deducted from the return amount. If the gift was an OAD Face Mask Set, it must be returned unopened and unworn. 

- OAD NEW YORK is not responsible for any returned packages not received. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return from the date we receive your package. Your refund amount will be the original paid, minus the return shipping fee

- We reserve the right to reject items that do not comply with the conditions above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.

To initiate a return, simply:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email or email us directly at hello@oadnewyork.com and specify which items you'd like to return.

2. Once your item is approved, you will received a prepaid shipping label via email. 

3. Send your item(s) back using the label. Please make sure the package goes out within 14 days from when it was delivered to you. Returns that have been shipped out within 14 days will be canceled. 

OAD NEW YORK does not accept returns on items purchased from retailers other than oadnewyork.com. Any item marked final sale on our website is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.

Shipment Refusal: You are responsible to pay the customs/duty of your country. If your package gets returned to OAD due to shipment refusal (failure to pay duties or any other reason), you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to send it back to you. If you would like to initiate a refund instead, you will be issued a refund minus the shipping fee and restocking fee. The return time of a product to OAD varies, it can be held up by customs officials for up to 10 weeks. Please note that refunds cannot be issued until the product has been returned to OAD and inspected.

Lost Packages: If you are having issues locating your package we will be happy to assist in any way we can. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off.

Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
